Natoo opens a 5th restaurant in Cagliari and wins the Foodservice Award Italy

Venice - Lagardère Travel Retail is pleased to announce the opening of a Natoo Healthy All the Way outlet in the landside area of Cagliari Airport on April 28th.

With a total surface of 160 sqm, the Natoo at Cagliari Airport is the fifth one to open in Italy after Padova Railway Station, Venice Marco Polo Airport, Roma Termini Railway Station, and Roma Fiumicino Airport.

Elected Best Retail concept at the Foodservice Awards Italy 2019 held on May 9th in Milan, the Natoo concept was created by Lagardère Travel Retail to offer a healthy alternative to pizza, pasta and pastry. The originality of the assortment lies in its unique combination of fresh fruit juices & smoothies, healthy food, a short range of local memorabilia and a flower shop. It also showcases the best of what Sardinia has to offer including organic and certified products.

The salads are prepared with fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables. The savory offer includes cheese platters, local wines, as well as original sandwich recipes made from high quality Sardinian ingredients. The sweet offer showcases local desserts and pastries, croissants stuffed with typical Sardinian organic jams made from wild blackberries, myrtle, prickly pears, oranges and honey, to be paired with a range of cafés and bio blends.

The menu satisfies all customers’ needs with the possibility to eat-in or take-out, with gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan options to meet all dietary requirements - healthy all the way.

The retail offer has been tailor-made for Cagliari, with a unique range of souvenir mugs decorated in Sardinian style and the colorful and fresh flower shops that characterizes Natoo.
